The theoretical part is focused on general data on construction, marketing, risk distribution as well as on risk management options. In the practical part is used the knowledge from the theoretical part, for the determination of marketing and subsequent/followed by risk management in the company.
Proposal of Communication Plan

The main goal of this thesis is to draw up a communication plan of the Pavilion Anthropos. The main questions and methods are specified in the introduction of the thesis. The theoretical part includes necessary definitions and deals with communication tools. The practical part introduces the Pavilion Anthropos and plan of exhibitions for 2010. The concrete activities of the communication plan are then set thanks to acquired information. Further work includes the drafting of a new graphic design web site. The conclusion resumes some of the findings.

Importance and creation of reference sheets in a construction company

This bachelor thesis deals with the importance and creation of reference sheets in a selected construction company. The theoretical part explains the starting points of the problem. First, the basic concepts related to reference sheets are explained and their meaning is described. The next chapter characterizes the construction company, its activities and the method of obtaining contracts. The empirical part of the work presents the results of an empirical survey, which was conducted among employees of construction companies and design offices. Based on the identified input values was made a catalog of reference sheets for orders processed by a selected construction company for the last 10 years.
